Job Summary
Prairie Foot & Ankle is seeking a podiatrist to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care as part of our healthcare team in Grand Island, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in podiatric medicine and experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and lower-limb conditions.
You will provide patient-centered care through detailed assessments, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to improve patients’ mobility and quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ feet, ankles, and lower limbs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform minor and major foot surgeries.
- Use Epic EHR accurately and efficiently.
- Educate patients about foot health, treatment, and recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Manage wound care for complex cases.
Experience and Education
Prior experience in a multidisciplinary hospital or specialty-clinic setting is preferred. A doctorate is required.
